I need to return an item
 

Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. Return packages required  a RMA#.  Please call us at 973-670-0394 for the return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).   

We often offer Free Shipping as a promotion, however if you return an item, your refund will be minus our actual shipping    cost. (Our ship cost to ship you the item is not Refundable)

Restocking fee is 15% (If item is in original packaging and carton and no signs of use)  

If item is found to be used and not 100% new  and or not in the original packaging carton a minimum restocking fee of 25% or maybe refused. (Item will be inspected to determine the restock %)  

Buyer is responsible for shipping back item.  We do advise to get a tracking number for proof of delivery. We also advise getting insurance. If item is lost or damaged Jade Music Store is not responsible. Buyer would have to file a claim with their shipper for the refund.

   
I received a damaged item
  Damaged Items

If your item arrives damage, please contact us at 973-670-0394 within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the Damaged item, the cardboard shipping box and the shipping label will be required. A claim will be open with the shipping company and the package will be picked up. Damage items must be returned in the original box and packaging.

I received a defective item
 

Defective Items

Jade Music Store Guarantees your item to be defective free for 30 days. If your item arrives defective, please contact us, we will issue a call tag prepaid shipping label. Defective items must be returned in the original box and packaging. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship you a new one of the same item
